Delete your Feishi account

This page explains how to delete your Feishi Wallpaper account on Android and iPhone, which data is deleted, and which data is kept. For everything else we collect, see the Privacy Policy.

Delete your account in the app

The steps are the same on Android and iPhone.

1. Open Feishi and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Tap Me.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Read the message, then tap Delete Account again to confirm.

Deletion takes effect right away and cannot be undone. The app then signs you out.

If you cannot open the app

If you can no longer open the app or sign in, email us at guoduzhe@189.com and ask us to delete your account. Tell us which sign-in method you used (Sign in with Apple or Google) and, if you remember it, the nickname on the account. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you. We will reply within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in identity (the Apple or Google account identifier linked to your Feishi account), so the account can no longer be signed in to.
• Your favorites.
• Your download history, except for the audit records described below.
• Your profile: nickname, avatar, email address, phone number and password if you added them, your invite code, and the device identifier linked to your account.
• The IP addresses stored on your account (registration and last sign-in) and in security logs, and the device details in those logs.
• The text of your Create prompts and the style, ratio and tone you chose. Creations you shared to the community are taken down and no longer shown to other users, and any share still waiting for review is withdrawn.
• Your points and any 4K unlocks, which can no longer be used.

What is kept, and for how long

• Purchase, VIP and points records. Orders, entitlement and points records are kept as an anonymous ledger as required for accounting, tax and app store compliance. They are no longer linked to your name, email or sign-in. We do not set a fixed deletion date for this ledger.
• Records of downloads saved without the visible AI-generated label. A minimal audit record is kept for at least six months for compliance. We remove the IP address from it when you delete your account. It is not fully anonymous, and it is deleted or anonymized when its retention period ends.
• Security log entries. The request path and abuse flags may remain for abuse investigation, without your IP address or device details.
• Image files and generation records. Taking down a creation hides it from other users. The records and image files are not erased by this step, and the prompt text linked to them is erased.

Subscriptions are not cancelled automatically

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it yourself, or the store may keep charging you:

• Google Play (Android): open Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, choose Feishi and tap Cancel subscription.
• App Store (iPhone): open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Feishi.

Deleting your account removes access to purchases made with it. Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their own policies.
